When I tell people about the Time To Talk Coachathon to raise money and awareness for @mindcharity, this is what people say to me. ⁠

And I am (in part)... ⁠

🤔When I first thought about this event, I knew I’d get 10 coaches join me and hoped for 20, as the first few coach sign ups came in, I thought £500 might be a good target to aim for! ⁠
⁠
🥳AND WE’VE SMASHED IT!!! As of this morning we have had just over 50 coaching sessions raising £779 so far for Mind. 🥳⁠
⁠
🛑BUT…⁠
⁠
🫸With having over 150 coaches sign up, generously donating over 900 coaching hours… it suddenly feels like we’re not even close to hitting our potential. ⁠

🫸If all sessions went for a £10 donation that could be £9000 and some people are donating far more generously than just £10 as well! ⁠
⁠
🙃It’s funny how just looking at the same thing from a different perspective can either make you feel like a huge success, or a failure not hitting your potential. ⁠

🙂Coaching is a brilliant way of supporting you, if you feel like you’re not quite hitting your full potential. ⁠

It is always great breaking the routine and exploring something different.

Today's office with a view! 🏖

I've always been drawn to the sea, using it in many analogies within coaching. 🌊

Although the view and sound are occasionally [very] distracting. It is great for the soul!

Adding to the fun was catching up with Ed Lowe, a former teacher, rugby coach, team mate and all round great guy. Great to hear all about your new adventure in Portugal.

Also excited for a few days of working and planning with @smoinet and @paulbutler.life, talking all things @studentbreakthrough & Educators Coaching Academy !

And maybe a cheeky surf squeezed in somewhere! 🏄‍♂️

❓ How does being part of a supportive, encouraging group sound who are going to help hold you to account with your goals and ambitions for 2024?

There are just a couple of spaces remaining to join my 2024 Accountability Mastermind Group, starting in February.

What are the key benefits?

All of the agreements will be established as a group around how we will work together, aims for the group and how we will hold each other to account. But here are some examples of what will be involved:
👉 Sharing goals and challenges and co-coaching each other to overcome challenges. –
👉Hot seat – being coached and supported about your specific goals by rest of group (and getting involved with others) –
👉 General supportive discussions, action/ goal setting and group accountability.

Accountability Mastermind Investment:
Upfront Investment – £275 (€320)
Monthly Split – £30 (€35) x 11 Months

This isn’t going to be for everyone – and there are limited spaces… You MUST:
🤝 want to make changes/ progress with your goals in 2024
🤝be committed to the group and supporting each other
🤝be willing to challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone
🤝want to have a successful year
