Alba Coaching was founded by Nick Woolley, an ACC credentialed ICF coach and coach trainer. With over a decade’s experience in education, Nick realised that he could fulfil his passion for supporting people to achieve their full potential without being limited to the four walls of a classroom.
Alba Coaching uses the power of coaching to support people through transitions and change, whether these be in early careers, changing careers or in new roles and responsibilities. Alba found that training people to use coaching tools within their roles enabled them to communicate positively and effectively with their colleagues and teams.
